Great communication before- with pictures- and during, if there were any questions. Simona hasn’t missed anything, and is a peach. Note also the location is perfect for someone new to the city, who plans to walk the old town. Added plus is that both the taxis and hop on/hop off bus stop are directly in front of the building (because of the Aquarium).

Our stay with Simona was just perfect in every, from the contact informing us of everything we needed to know about finding our accommodation & checking in to the welcoming we received. The accommodations it self was superb and the location perfect.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The Guest House is on the 9th floor of a building near the aquarium (excellent location!) and the owner sent photos to us to show us how to find the Guest house and access the building, which was so helpful. We'd definitely recommend this guest house!

This was a great place to stay! Our hostess Simona was a very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. It was conveniently located across the street from the Aquarium.

Superb location on middle age waterfront arcade easy walk to seafront attractions and the warren of streets in the old port behind. Superb facilities including for wheelchair users. laundry near. Helpful and professional staff plenty of free coffee and fruit from family orchard. Rear of building in slightly run down area but there are no problems. Good access to railway station and museums.15 min walk. Air conditioning good. Excellent!

Excellent location

Very good place to stay. Clean room and bathroom. Central to all the main tourist spots, marina or main train station (if you want to travel or exploreb further). Cheap taxi ride to the airport too. Hostes was kind and helpful.

The was the cutest little place to stay for our overnight before boarding a cruise ship. The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. Very accommodating and eased all our worries with getting to the city from the airport & finding the guest room. Hoping to return for another visit very soon!!

Wonderful welcome

Simona made check in really easy to organise and gave us loads of tips about where to eat and what to see, as well as answering all our questions about how to get around Genoa and along the coast. She was so friendly and helpful. Great location for the old port and old town, but still quiet in the room.
