It consists of 18 different apartments in 5 buildings, so it has all the amenities of home, some of them communal, including living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. “Staff was amazing ”

“Living conditions were sufficient, and well kept. Bathroom was more than enough, water was always desired temperature, and minimal mold/damage. Some ant problems, but it was very well insulated from weather/noise, and plenty of space to setup and live in. Additionally, the owners are very friendly and clear communicating so if there is a problem they will be there to help address it immediately. “The house was very nice and roomy lots of stairs do prepare for that but definitely getting your steps in. The area outside has homeless people in the park across the street but still we felt safe. The host resolved issues and answered questions very quickly, even in the early morning hours that was Great!”
