The hotel was well run and clean, with staff only too willing to assist with any questions/support in relation to local restaurants, transport options, and attending to room cleaning/topping up amenities, etc.
I would have provided a five star rating if the bed wasn’t just so uncomfortable (too firm for a seven night stay).
Nice place to stay.
It was quiet during my stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
The location is about 30min walk from Oldtown, so if you don't like to walk you need to take the bus or a grab.
There is a self service laundry just 5 Min walk from here, and a couple vegetarian Restaurants as well.
There is a small 7/11 in the building.
There was a bit of an old cigarette smoke smell in the room (I guess from the old days where you could smoke in the room) but after 2-3 days of regularly opening the windows, and using AC it was almost gone though (I do have a very sensitive nose, so this might not bother everyone)
The room design is nice and spacious except some facilities eg. bathroom light sometimes keep flashing and the tv reception not good when heavy rain comes the channels will go offline. After rain has stopped one of the chinese channel still continues to go offline.

This hotel meets most expectations for a budget hotel -- the room is clean and quiet. The staffs did their jobs. The breakfast is not fancy but have something basic. The location is ok -- not many food choices around. But it is close to a major hospital. So, I guess many guests are either patients from other places or patients' families who need to be close to their loved ones.
One major problem of my room was the window leakage. After a night of heavy rain, a puddle of water had formed under the window, making our shoes wet.
The room was reasonably spacious, with room to move for 2 adults, nice solid bed, bathroom is well appointed the room has a safe deposit box which is handy, it has a laundry room with a rm30 per wash. The parking is free and easily accessible.Location along McAllister Road is great for food, 15 minutes walk to New Lane.
The rooms are very spacious ant 35 sqm! The windows are big so light comes in . It is near GeorgeTown historic centre so we can visit the town , have dinner and enjoy the street art then have s peaceful night sleep away from noisy bars and restaurant within Georgetown who can stay open until 7 am!
Their service was good. Booked family room. Their rooms were clean and well kept. Also the location of the hotel is very strategic. Most of the tourist spot locations are in walking distance. They also had 7-eleven just beside the hotel which is very convenient. Just that the check in takes some time if you go on peak time and also their parking is limited.
