Really easy hotel to stay at. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of it. Staff were really helpful and it was cheap and easy for us to stay a few extra hours. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Comfortable beds and rooms.

We enjoyed our stay here! We were able to check in early, provided with a welcoming gift, and throughout our stay all staff were accommodating. Our room was very spacious for 3 adults and had many toiletries. The bedding was quite comfortable. Continental breakfast buffet was quite limited for western food expect more Asian cuisine. Alwi always had a smile and was very helpful during breakfast time.

It's a good hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Location is the BEST !!! Price is fairly reasonable. You cannot expect more. Will definitely come back again when I go to George Town.
