This was amazing hotel. Amazing service as you pull up to the hotel, everything was seamless and you get a welcome drink. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was designed beautifully. Breakfast at the hotel was good, they even come by with samples of different local delicacies. Leaving the hotel. There is someone outside check for your ride while you sit inside.

Second time staying at The Prestige. We mainly went back for the Spa and the room. I liked the water pressure and also they have filtered water tap in the room so I can refill my bottle. The room is very spacious and comfortable for two pax, however the carpets do have some stains but not too obvious. The staff are all very friendly and they remembered our names and always made the effort to greet us. The location is very convenient, you can get to most of the famous food places in less than 5 mins via grab. Also quite happy that Bei Gong Cha bubble tea shop is at the hotel! Easy BBT fix! Don’t need to order Chagee. The pool was under maintenance when we went the 2nd time, also the gym a bit small so didn’t use it. Overall, I’ll definitely stay again !

This was a wonderful surprise. Location was a little outside the central hub but 10 min walk isn't far. The room was amazing, clean and fresh. Gives a boutique vibe. The minibar is free and the room service was super affordable. The pool was lovely great views for sunset. Absolutely loved my stay here

Prestige Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The manager even came outside to personally welcome us and thank us for choosing to stay there, which made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentlemen working during breakfast service provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made every morning enjoyable. I felt so comfortable throughout our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. 10/10 !

Loved the room. It was bright and modern and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was super good. There were great cafes right opposite the hotel. The only thing we had issue with was that the pool didn’t seem too well maintained.
