This was a very clean hotel with incredibly attentive staff. Kudos for wearing sweaters for the holiday season! The room was taken care of meticulously and we looked forward to coming back from a hot day's exploring. The welcome fruit and free minibar was a nice surprise. The location was great. It was 3mins to the Sri Weld Food Court where we had several great meals and close to dozens of local restaurants. And being close to the shore meant getting to the Jetties and the local art tour was super easy. All in all, a great trip made much easier with a fantastic hotel.

Calm, friendly, and helpful staff, a beautifully designed and maintained room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, and a great shower. If we were being exceptionally critical, the pool area could do with a little refresh, thanks to missing tiles, etc, but this was only really noticeable because of the exceptionally high standards throughout the rest of the hotel. The Prestige is a real oasis of calm, in busy George Town!
