Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Very small and congested

There was no one to open the locked front door when we arrived. Had to call up their contact number and the concerned person reached after 5-10 minutes while we waited outside with all our luggage. There is no front desk staff most of the time which leaves us with none to help with any needed information. The room is extremely congested as well.

感觉很棒！

整体来说 我好喜欢这家宾馆 环境舒适 很干净 而且感觉非常舒服 设备齐全 有WIFI 热水器 冷气温度刚刚好！ 由于非常靠近槟城升旗山 所以会选择这间。。。。 由于是晚上CHECK IN 宾馆没有招牌亮着所以有点难寻找 如果招牌更换成有灯光的 客人更容易寻找啊
