"I picked this hotel only because I had a very good experience in rooms hotel Kazbegi. But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad. 1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm) 2. When I had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the waiter was unfriendly in general (except the restaurant front lady manager). Even the staff who checked out my bill, he left my receipt without looking at my table. So I received the receipt on the floor. Do I have to take this..? 3. I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights, the first 3 nights were in a Privilege Room and the remaining 1 night was in a Double Room.
