"Our hosts (the owners), Argiris and Dimos were excellent. Communication was easy (WhatsApp) and Dimos visited most days to check everything was OK. Anything we needed was provided without question. The location was good, the beach/sea are approximately 150 metres walk away. Two good restaurants were within 10 minutes walk, in addition to two beach bars about 15/20 minutes walk away. All of these restaurants were traditional family run Greek restaurants with our favourites being Palirea and Kriti. A barbecue provided us with nice meals at the villa but a full oven and hob were also available. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, whilst the bathrooms were sufficient for our needs. An excellent bus service to Chania runs every 20 minutes is available within 10 minutes walk of the villa. If you wish to explore further a car would be recommended."

"Manos is amazing, he is super attentive to guest and went out of his way to get us a wine bottle opener and a coffee machine. It was later in the season when we travelled to the mattress/bed and sofa were in need of a good cleaning, the cleaners had in the meantime covered it with linens but there was still a odor from the furniture which Manos tried to aid with by getting new linens and pillows. I would say one opportunity for the space is to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked with the basics like bottle opener, coffee maker, teas/coffee etc as it is a more remote location so people will need to drive to go get food or will use the kitchen that is there. It is definitely a more peaceful beach location and is lovely to walk along the beach to the nearby hotels and their restaurant's."

"The hotel itself is immaculately maintained, with beautiful, well-kept grounds that create a lovely first impression. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and our room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The majority of guests appeared to be over 60, along with a few couples travelling with very young children, mainly from Eastern Europe. There were very few UK visitors during our stay. I travelled with my two teenagers (17 and 18) during the May half-term holiday, and they were a little disappointed that there was no one in their age group to socialise with. If you’re interested in boating or water sports, you’ll likely find plenty to enjoy. However, as my teens are non-swimmers and not particularly interested in water-based activities, we found there was less to do on-site. That said, the hotel provided information on local excursions and activities, which proved invaluable. We particularly enjoyed Pista Go Karting, which had excellent facilities and high-quality karts. We also took a Segway tour of Chania, which was both fun and informative from a historical perspective. One of my teenagers even went paragliding and was told it was the first time a hotel guest had ever requested it! Given the hotel’s typical clientele, that wasn’t entirely surprising. Most of the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Special mention must go to Stavros and Elena, who were an absolute mine of information and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed"
