Our own point of criticism is cleanliness. A real clean of the room seems to be too much to ask for, not sure how often the grubby carpet is being vacuumed, for example. "Laut der Buchungsbestätigung sollte ab 12.15 der Check-in möglich sein. Die Rezeption ist aber erst um 15.00 besetzt. Die Zentralheizung war abgestellt, stattdessen stand eine Elektroheizung mit gerade einmal 1500 Watt auf dem Tisch, da das Kabel zu kurz war, um sie auf den Boden zu stellen. Sie reichte bei weitem nicht aus, das Zimmer halbwegs auf Temperatur zu bringen. Die Tür wurde beim öffnen durch das Bett blockiert."

"We stayed for one night and booked a king bedroom. Unfortunately the first room they gave us smells sour, life spoil food and it longers in the room so we asked for a room change. They then gave us another room on the third floor. We decided to make some coffee but to my surprise the pot to make hot water was dirty, I then decided to check the tray were it was placed and everything was dusty. Very disappointing stay. Good location though."
