The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. I also like that we could refill bottles (hotel provided) with refreshing water. Very nice gesture for tourists like us! More importantly, the location is very convenient for traveling around the city.

We had a completely trouble free and very pleasant stay here. The facilities, food, staff and decor were all amazing. I would recommend this to anyone when they are visiting Vienna. It is also about a 2 min walk from Belvedere which was a really good sight to take in straight away on arrival. Loved ...
