"beautiful new hotel , all staff efficient and very friendly. Only downside was they did not have the gym setup yet. They have a very nice pool though. Food was okay, could use a little more variety, coffee not hot enough for me. overall i would rate their hotel as a 9. we will stay there next time we go to Bac Lieu"

"I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked our stay three months in advance and paid a non-refundable rate. When we arrived, the staff told us they had no record of our reservation. We showed them our booking confirmation and payment receipt, but they said they didn't know anything about it.
After a long discussion, they only allowed us to stay for two nights instead of the three nights we had booked. They refunded one night, but by then every other hotel in the area was fully booked, so we had...
