“An extra $100 was deducted from my account besides the $100 already removed upon check-in for incidentals fees. According to front desk "it's the system that automatically does it", so i told them so it's $200 for incidental fees. They said no because as soon as you check out the $100 go back to your account. Then what about the other $100 which are still pending to be returned or deposited back to me.”
