"The hotel looks historic but we did not expect the amenities to be so extremely dated. The HVAC was not working in one room and had to change the room twice without any success with HVAC. We 4 then had to adjust in one room, which was a major unplanned inconvenience. Lighting too dim, privacy lock was hanging on the door with just one screw. Bathroom had mold. The hotel has a no smoking policy but had the stink throughout. The concierge was helpful but there is only so much that was in their hands."
