โThe room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.โ
โThe hotel was lovely and clean, they cleaned our room every day and provided us with a bottle of wine as part of our booking. They also stored our luggage on the last day which made it enjoyable. Overall a great experience โ
โPerfect fit for families traveling. Access is not easy to the City on walking, although not far when using uber. Free minibar is well beyond expectations and swimming pool is wonderful.โ
