What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. ”

“A great hotel that was good value and in a good location. Near the airport but also in the heart of Andheri so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Proximity to the motorway was a concern but inside it was like an oasis - zero noise. Roof top terrace and pool was a bonus. ”

“I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

“전시회 출장으로 나쁘지 않았습니다. 무엇보다도 전시장(Mumbai Exhibition Center)과 가까워 좋았고(차가 안막히는 주말에 택시로 약 10분 내외) 공항도 무척 가까워 편리했습니다. 더욱이 체크인 시 그리고 체크 아웃 시 공항까지 제공되는 무료 셔틀은 정말 편리하고 좋았습니다. 방 크기나 시설도 4성급에 딱 맞는 수준으로 지내기 불편하지 않았습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 나름 만족합니다.
다만, 주변에 가까운 슈퍼마켓이나 쇼핑센터가 없는 점과 식당이 한 곳이라 몇 일 묵는 투숙객에게는 아침, 저녁 식사가 좀 물린다는 점이 단점이라면 단점이었습니다.”
