"I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. "The hotel was excellent. Special mention to: Mayeuresh -excellent gym trainer. Should definitely have his own session in physiotherapy. Thai Massage. He helped me quite a bit with cramps/muscle strain Marshall, citrus restaurant. Another excellent member of staff. Very attentive. Very nice day very enjoyable. Prapti-citrus -very hard-working member of staff with excellent interpersonal skills. Sony – excellent, Yoga Teacher. Praveen – Reception. Excellent member of staff made our check in and checking out very easy and welcoming."

"Excellent property! Staff were fantastic very helpful and arranged early check in as we were there at 9am after an overnight flight. Comfortable rooms and great pool area (only 3 sunbeds!) more needed - apart from that it was excellent. Great stay and close to airport or city for longer stays."
