I checked in at 3am and wanted to shower. there was no hot water. I requested front desk to fix this twice but no one came to repair. finally had to shower with cold water. They did not even try to make it up to me. The property was otherwise fine.

Skip the breakfast buffet. No cutlery, cold food, 1 fruit juice was always out. No coffee unless you ask for it and it tasted like powdered. I don’t like giving bad reviews and am mindful that folks do try, but this excuse for breakfast was really very poor.

Few issues: 1. If we book via Expedia, we lose from privileges like a) No free Shuttle from airport b) No free Breakfast But it is not mentioned in Expedia app when we book. 2. I only had a short time at the hotel but I really appreciated the location just prior to my flight to Australia the next morning. The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very comfortable. There are local street markets that were interesting during a short walk. If I was staying longer I would have made use of the local train network with a nearby station.

I have literally just walked into my house after my journey from Mumbai.I love everything about the hotel especially the staff.
