โLovely stay, the host was very welcoming and we had large room, massive separate bathroom with bath. Everything was clean and like new and the property is very well cared for. Secure Parking and breakfast in the morning. Thank youโ
โProperty condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)โ

โA wonderful little hotel between Parma and Reggio Emilia. A lot of character, very nice rooms, and wonderful staff. Morena, in particular, was very helpful answering all of our questions and being patient with my mediocre Italian. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tricolore again when in the area.โ
