“Nice place, a bit remote, but with walking distance of a grocery store. Just know that if you stay less than 6 days at this hotel there will be a high Access charge for the umbrella and lounge chair Oceanside area and pool (which looks so Beautiful in the photos). We did stay at The Hotel Lafayette on both sides of our cruise out of Bari so they worked it out that we could avoid the access charge, which we were very thankful to the Managers efforts to work it all out. “Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean place and nice rooms. Only down fall is it’s a little dated. Could use some updates. Other than that it’s a very nice place. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh eggs your way made to order with a barista on standby to make your espresso or cappuccino. 7/10 I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.”

“Check in was smooth. Parking was along the street, right against a fence so it was impossible for passengers to exit the car while parked. The location is convenient for the airport but far from Bari town/attractions. On the morning of our flight the GPS took us along a road that was blocked due to a train guard. Luckily I read other comments stating that it can be down/closed for a long time so we drove in the direction of the airport and were re routed. Given the proximity to the airport there...

“We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!”
