Serene Paradise

The hosts were amazing, the property is serene and has a lovely view of the valley. The property owners shared all sorts of great local recommendations (really the only way to go). Absolutely would stay again and highly recommend!

Singole strutture, belle nel complesso, che vorrebbero essere di estremo conforto ma che risultano, in buona sostanza, insufficienti, negli spazi e nell'organizzazione degli stessi, a garantire una permanenza confortevole nel senso più ampio del termine.La collocazione di un piccolo piano cottura in un angolo all'ingresso dell'alloggio, un lavabo in un acciaio opaco e non splendente, un contenitore, o più contenitori - per una presupposta raccolta differenziata - posti in basso, proprio sotto il piano cottura, maleodoranti e poco pratici da utilizzare.Reception Fantasma. Il check-in è stato concordato telefonicamente, poi sollecitato dagli addetti, a dispetto delle nostre esigenze. Poi il nulla. Contattato telefonicamente il proprietario, residente in altro Comune di altra provincia, abbiamo avuto quale risposta che la struttura non è tenuta a garantire il servizio di ricezione 24h su 24.No colazione inclusa, no distributore di bevande o cibarie. Cambio biancheria solo su richiesta. No pulizia camera.Il Relais Masseria, struttura probabilmente in fase di rifacimenti, aggiustamenti, ampliamenti, con evidenti cantieri in corso, risulta, a mio modestissimo parere, improponibile per un rilassante periodo di permanenza estiva, vista anche l'oggettiva distanza di luoghi di ristoro, quali negozi di alimentari, bar, farmacia o altro.
