“Main standout quality of this hotel is it’s location. Beautiful views of The Mournes and very well maintained gardens. Also ample car parking space. If you want a quiet place to escape then this is it. Very attentive staff and excellent food. We did get the impression that one of the male staff was overworked- it seemed that he was absolutely doing everything, but must stress that he was an excellent ‘people person’ and that nothing was a bother to him. “Convenient location ”

“At check in we were greeted and walked to our room. We were a little early for our reservation and we were allowed right in. Owner showed us around and was incredibly friendly. Other visitors told us some great hiking locations to check out. Continental breakfast laid out nicely. Beautiful view of Mourne Mountains. ”

“Lovely apartment. We had a really nice few days here. No allocated parking, but we never had a problem finding a space close by. Good to have a shop so close (literally under our feet.) Facilities were good; enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc. that we could cook meals with no problems. Nice bathroom and excellent lounge area.
