I was expecting a hotel room - we got a full apartment suite! The accomodations were well beyond our expectations - the rooms were so incredibly quiet as well! Best stay of our two week tour! Included breakfast was simple but more than needed. Location central to everything (we walked everywhere and for all tour pickups). Absolutely worth every penny!

Our room was a mini apartment, so there was room to spread out. We were conveniently located in an area with lots of restaurants, and within walking distance to the Glasgow Green. The facility was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious!

The room was large and clean however the windows were original to the building. This resulted in needing to use ear plugs due to people on the streets below late at night as a bar was below in the same building. The staff were accommodating us when our first room assignment resulted in being beside a room with multiple loud speaking guests. They moved us to a quiet corner which was very much appreciated.

Pros: great location, large spacious rooms newly renovated and staff very friendly and helpful. Cons: very noisy location with many bars in the area playing music loud in to til 3am on Fri and the weekends. Breakfast was good, continental but was always late setting up. Stayed 9 days but had to pay 20 pounds per hour just for 2hr late check out I thought that was very lousey.

Room was spotless clean, staff excellent service and well knowledgeable did not have breakfast as celiac. Used the facilities in the room . As the weather was extremely humid we slept with the windows open it was noises early morning but we went back to sleep as bed was so comfortable. We love this location as it is handy for everyone. We stay here every year sometimes it could be three times a year We park in the car park next door as you get a discount. Staff fantastic our dog loves it. Definitely recommend it.
