The staff didn’t speak any English which made it very difficult to communicate with them, but they were generally friendly except for a couple of them who were very rude. Ranjit Singh at the reception was the only person who spoke English and we found his service to be really good. However the lack of English speaking staff made the hotel not suitable for...
