The front desk turned the light off to be like a haunted mansion and we say hello to find someone to provide our booking but no one appeared at the time of check-in. The rooms( we book 2 rooms) were too dirty to be a 3.5 stars hotel. Our feet were turned black because of dusty floor. My skin got rashes after i sleep in the blanket. The towels were too dark...
