"This was our first time in Wells and The Swan Hotel and it won’t be our last. All of the staff made us feel welcome and our room was very comfortable (especially the warm bathroom). We were only staying one night and only had the chance to sample the breakfast but the ambience and quality of food was excellent. As family live nearby we’ve been told the Sunday roast is worth another visit and as the hotel is central to everything, we will definitely be back."

"Great hotel in a handy location...easy flat walk into the city. Everything is fresh and clean and the breakfast has a great choice. The only thing that lets it down is the extortionate cost for parking...way beyond anywhere else in Bath! We ended up using JustPark and paying £16 for over 24hrs parking rather than the £50 at the hotel!"

"A nice quite location, perfect for an early morning flight from BRS. Great having hungry horse attached making it easy to get decent food and drunk at a fair price. Althought a little dated, the rooms are very clean and excellent reception staff."
