โSavannah provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service last evening. I called her when i wasnt able to switch off the lights located directly iver the bed. She came upstairs to assist and also could not figure it out. She then went to another room and relizef what the issue was. โOur room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.โ
