“Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. The toilets are communal but there’s lots of them so we never waited for them. It actually speeded us all up getting ready as we had a toilet each in the morning. Free supplies for breakfast and a fully functioning kitchen. Big car park too. The only negative was the check in process. You collect keys from the bar and there was a party on so we had to wait half an hour for someone to come with the keys ”

“Excellent customer service, all staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. They include a full breakfast each day the room is reserved. They offer free parking in two lots so you won't have to pay for street parking. The restaurant serves fresh and amazing food that is served quite quickly. Many places to eat /drink nearby, town is easy walk to historic sites. ”

“The temperature of the pool was too cold as was the sauna. There was no body wash in the showers which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also the showers were cold in the evening but they were hot in the morning. We didn't have a good breakfast experience either. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table as it was very busy. However all the fruit was gone.and the bread and fruit juice. When our breakfasts eventually arrived some items were missing. Disappoiywith this supposedly 4 star hotel.”
