Check in, staff and our stay was okay, but the hotel could use some updating BIG TIME. The one electrical outlet near the bed was hanging from the wall so my one plug with one charger wouldnt stay connected, the AC unit blew straight up at the ceiling, as well as being mounted above eye level so it was hard to operate and you couldnt really feel the cool air, (i woke up in the middle of the night sweating and it was only 80), it appeard the showerhead had not been degrimed/descaled/cleaned throughouly for quite some time and had very poor power flow, and the King matress was extremely squaky, bouncy and not that comfortable. But you get what you pay for and this hotel was the cheapest option in Glenwood. The free breakfast of cereal, bread for toast and bagels was a nice touch though!

Will be nice to have AC unit quieter. Hot water in bathroom was hard to turn off. Floor in the room was dirty . On the other side the bed was nice and comfy. Bedsheets were clean and the staff was really friendly. We also enjoyed a Mountain View from our room.
