"Our stay was great! Our room was clean, the staff was SO friendly and accommodating which truly made our entire stay. We appreciated that so so much. They gave us recs of things to do/where to eat and were so helpful when we needed to extend our room stay an extra night. Close to many things we did in the city and felt safe since we needed our key cards to get into the lobby! Would not mind staying here again!"

"The staff was really nice, but the room wasn’t the best. The closet had a really weird smell that got on our clothes and some of the towels were not clean. The location was good, next to city hall but also to some sketchy neighborhoods."

"The Tilden is a good place to stay, nice rooms and good location. The only problem is that they had loud music playing one night, from 10 pm until after 2 am and again the next morning. Not sure why, but it made what was an otherwise pleasant stay quite the opposite. "

"Room looked as described, however, upon check in we were informed the air conditioning was out, the restaurant and bar were both closed, and they were not sure when the a/c would be restored. It was not fixed during our stay. Additionally we received a notice on our last night that we would have no hot water. Very disappointing from such a nice looking property. "
