“The rooms are small, scuff marks on wall as soon as we walked in, shame that was our first impression, It wouldn’t wipe off so needs painting , so I understand why it hadn’t been done but other than that it was clean n tidy …
Breakfast ok ..
location is a 4 min drive down to Holmefirth,”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here.”

“Very disappointing.
Room was cold and tv not working.
Left voicemail for contact twice but received no response.
Had to put spare duvet on top of bed. The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem.
Internet was intermittent and difficult to get.
Towels very hard - suggest you take your own.”

“The room was nice and very affordable, nice quiet area and good security with the cameras and door codes. Very easy to book and travel to with bus stop down the street.
The main issue was the other people staying there lacking hygiene and respect as whenever I used the toilet there was wee all over the seat. This is not the owners fault, but the other guests. Other than that it was very nice :)”
