โIt's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times.โ
โAn outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again.
Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again. โ
โStruttura fantastica con servizi al top. Senza auto a noleggio รจ veramente difficile girare l'isola, dato che l'hotel si trova un po' lontano dalle principali attrazioni. โ
โBodde i en junior suite med delad pool, sรฅ hรคrligt. Stor pool som 7 rum delade och det var aldrig fรถr trรฅngt. Utsikt mot trรคdgรฅrd och det kรคndes avskilt men รคndรฅ nรคra till restaurang och de allmรคnna poolerna. Bra mat frukost, lunch och middag med mรฅnga olika alternativ. Supertrevlig personal.
Det enda vi saknade var krokar fรถr att kunna hรคnga upp klรคder och fler galgar.
Och nรฅgot som kunde ge skydd fรถr solen pรฅ terrassen nรคr solen lรฅg pรฅ under eftermiddagen.
Hade vi haft det hade vi nog...

But staff were kind and considerate otherwise.

โHad a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. Could not do enough for you. 5 stars from me. โ

โWe had delightful two weeks at this hotel. The accommodation was clean and quiet. The pool and bar fun. It is close to a nice beach and restaurants.โ
โStated for a chilled out bank holiday weekend and it was perfect.. not very big which was exactly what we wanted. It has a really good pool but itโs set right on the beach which is sandy and looks on to the bay when the sea is calm and brilliant for snorkellingโฆ. Best thing about the hotel is the staffโฆ.
