First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code. "This is a very unique property which we enjoyed very much. We had read the the reviews so we knew that it could be loud from the city square. It was! But we were prepared. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. No complaints from us. if you want modern-go to a modern hotel. We LOVED the history of where we were staying. We would have appreciated having coffee in the room instead of just tea...

"Everything about this property was unique. This was agro-tourism at its best. Beautiful area great food the gym swimming pool spa area saunas were fantastic. My only complaint were the beds they were to camp beds a little hard on our backs otherwise it was a wonderful day."

"there is a lack of guidance on entering the password at the door. You are looking for a physical password pressing device (not only me, I saw that many people encountered a similar problem during my stay) Another issue is the breakfast time, if you are staying for business purposes, a breakfast that starts at 09:00 will not work for you and you will have already paid for a service you have not received, this is not very fair (at least a warning can be written everywhere that our breakfast service starts later than other accommodation options)Other than that, everything was perfect! "
