"Pillows and bedsheets were covered with disgusting stains. Walls and carpets dirty and with stains too. Noisy surroundings, incompetent front desk workers. That was probably the worst hotel I had a chance to say in since so far."

"Staff was very helpful, my girlfriends phone was left in a taxi and the staff went out of their way to help us find the company and communicate with the taxi driver for us. All staff were very helpful and friendly"
