"I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital."

"THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue."

The room had a cozy feel, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed the food at their in- house restaurant. Overall, a very satisfying stay."

"Room - Average cleaning. Staff- Single staff so unable to provide help to all the guest. Amenities- worst, Geyser is available in only selected rooms. Water facilities was not working for 5 hours due to technical issue during our stay. If maintained well this stay could have been good as the property is okay but their is almost zero maintenance. Atleast the router and electricity was there which is why I gave 2 star."
