Lovely, but couldn't sleep with of constant bells

The hotel is very lovely for such a little town, but DEFINITELY ask to sleep away from the street. We really wanted to like this place but.... unfortunately we didn't get a wink of sleep because of very loud drunks every single night screaming, but... the hotel is RIGHT next door to two church bells that ring throughout the night until midnight, starting again at 6am. Everything else was lovely and a convenient place in the town.

Het in-en uitchecken gebeurt met een persoon op afstand. Deze persoon was niet behulpzaam, erg kortaf, laat je niet welkom voelen. Tijdens het verblijf alleen de aardige dames van het ontbijt gezien, verder geen medewerkers gezien. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Superior kamer heeft 2 stortdouches, de kamer is groot, de airco deed het goed, dat was ook nodig in de enorme hitte. De mail die ontvangen werd om uit te checken was in het engels geen mogelijkheid om nederlands te kiezen. Het hotel ligt goed gelegen, parkeren in de buurt is prijzig. Wij hebben P centrum gekozen, 4 min lopen, ruime plaatsen en konden laden op de 3e verdieping. Wanneer je een easypark app hebt, gaat de boom vanzelf open, je hoeft je niet aan te melden. 2,40 per uur. Goes is een leuke plaats met veel keuze wat restaurants betreft.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung darum gebeten, ein besonders ruhiges Zimmer zu erhalten. Leider haben wir eins bekommen was zur StraƟe und zur angrenzenden Kirche hin lag. Autos, FuƟgƤnger und vor allem das regelmƤƟige Kirchenglockenspiel (wem's gefƤllt) waren fĆ¼r uns allerdings nicht akzeptabel. Wir konnten dank der Hilfe der Rezeption am zweiten Tag umziehen und ein Zimmer zum Garten bekommen. Das war wesentlich ruhiger. Dank an dieser Stelle fĆ¼r die FlexibilitƤt und die UnterstĆ¼tzung.

Zoals we ook beleefd gemeld hebben bij het uitchecken begrijpen we de prijssetting van het hotel niet. We betaalden voor 2 kamers meer dan ā‚¬ 822 voor 2 nachten met volgende issues: ā€¢ wij konden niet recht op het toilet zitten wegens te weinig plaats (knieĆ«n tegen de muur) terwijl wij zelf geen grote mensen zijn ā€¢ de douche stroomde al over bij het aanzetten, dus wanneer we er zelf onder stonden stroomde een deel van het badkamertje onder ā€¢ het elektrisch vuurtje in de badkamer werkte niet zonder de kamerkaart. Dus we hadden een koude badkamer om in te douchen na onze uitstapjes. Ook de bediening ervan zat tussen het toilet en de grond, dus op de buik liggen om te zien wat en hoe. ā€¢ de eerste avond kwamen geen zenders op de tv. De receptioniste heeft dit na onze vraag wel hersteld. ā€¢ na het poetsen van de kamer stond mamaā€™s gebruikte koffietas nog op dezelfde plaats. Er was duidelijk heel vluchtig ā€œgepoetstā€ (lees: handdoeken ververst en bedden toegedekt). Wij raden een verblijf in dit hotel wel aan, maar niet voor meer dan ā‚¬200 per kamer per nacht, zoals het is. Dat is het niet waard en is zeker geen 4 sterrengevoel, want beide kamers waren echt heel klein. Bij mijn ouders kon je nĆ©t langs de 3 zijden rond het bed. Goed geprobeerd, maar ondanks het lekkere ontbijt, de fietsenstalling, koffie op de kamer en goede verzorgingsproducten geeft het geen ā€œboutiqueā€ hotelgevoel.
