Breakfast was around the corner in their sister hotel, staff were a little slow, had to ask for a coffee cup, the milk had ran out and took several minutes for them to top up even though the dining room is about the size of a standard living room in someone’s house and the kitchen just off it! Hotel in a great location tho so we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

#Train travel around Southeast Asia is kind of fun and cool, but hopelessly impractical. The only ride I took in #Vietnam 🇻🇳 was between #Hanoi and Ninh Binh. It was cheap, but took about twice as long as the bus would have. If you’re in no special rush, it’s a great experience. Sadly, I am so rarely in no special rush these days. #LifeAtExpedia
