"Breakfast buffet was ok, needed to be refreshed more often. Staff ok. Hotel is under renovation, 1 elevator was broken for more than a week according to staff and the other one that was working wasn’t stoping on all floors. Air conditioning was ok "

"Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception. "

"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

"Ficamos no conforto o ano passado e não acreditei como caiu a qualidade. Só o restaurante continua excelente. Se não fosse pelo pessoal do restaurante e pela comida daria apenas 1 estrela. Quarto-meio velho, desgastado e sem muito conforto. Recepção-nomal/indiferente Valet-chegamos mais cedo pra fazer o check in e parecia desconfiado não querendo que a gente parasse o carro. Falou que estava cheio e depois perguntamos a recepção e falaram que tinha vaga."
