O asked for an early checkin but got no answer. We had to watt for a room to Be ready, and when one was ready, there was a Lea ling stop in the bathroom. Theo changed room for us, but the room window did not coise. Theo finally placed us in a room that was acceptable.

Ótimo custo benefício

O hotel é muito bom, considerando o custo benefício. O café da manhã é ótimo, traz muitas opções, incluindo frutas e iogurtes e sanduiche natural para quem gosta de uma alimentação mais saudável. A localização é perfeita, bem próximo a feira do sol, padaria, açaiteria, dentre outros. Possui manobrista, um cafezinho no rall de entrada que também é um lugar bem agradável. A minha única queixa é com relação a cama, pois o colchão, apesar de ser bem espaçoso(tamanho king), ele estava muito afundado, acredito que por ter muito tempo de uso. No mais, a estadia nesse hotel é perfeita. Recomendo muito

Boa estadia. Porém o hotel precisa de reparos para manter o padrão costumeiro. Está necessitando de reforma. A equipe responsável pelo breakfast precisa repor mais rápido os alimentos e os pratos e talheres. No geral ainda satisfeito com a hospedagem.

Os funcionários mal humorados, sem vontade de atender os hospedes. A pessoa no check-in parecia estar desorientada. O hotel está com as instalações bem velhas, com aspectos de falta de manutenção e limpeza. O banheiro do nosso quarto estava com o ralo do box entupido, alagando o banheiro após tomar banho. No café da manhã não tinha funcionário de apoio. As mesas ficam sujas fazendo com que os hóspedes mesmo as limpe para tomar seu café. Não há reposição adequada. Se você chegar tarde, fica sem alguns itens.

Me colocaram num quarto que tinha uma porta para outro quarto, dava para ouvir tudo que o pessoal falava e eu, como mulher sozinha, me senti insegura sabendo que tinha dois ou três homens do meu lado, com uma porta no meio. Depois de duas horas resolvi descer e pedir para trocar de quarto. Trocaram. Mas se no anterior não tinha aquela banheira horrenda, nesse tinha. Banheiro estava sujo. Chão estaca sujo. Mas eu estava tão cansada que resolvi ficar. Já tinha ficado em dezembro, o café erra muito bom, com tudo fresquinho, dessa vez o café continuava com muita variedade, mas nada que comi era fresquinho. O elevador continua muito, muito muito assustador. E a lâmpada do meu andar só acendia quando eu já estava na porta do meu quarto, ainda bem que só passei na escuridão duas vezes. A localização é incrível, para quem só importa com localização é muito bom, mas o resto deixa muito a desejar. Muito mesmo.

muito boa.

Muito boa a estadia. Café da manhã muito bom. Só o banheiro com a banheira, dificulta bastante para idosos entrar e sair dela. Também é a segunda vez que hospedo aí, em casal, e colocam apenas uma toalha.

Péssimo atendimento

Péssima. O telefone e o ar-condicionado não funcionou, avisei na recepção e saí. Quando voltei, o telefone continuava sem funcionar, mas o ar estava ligado, a televisão e todas as luzes também (colocaram um papel no dispositivo que mantinha a luz acesa). Senti meio invadida, sabe? Consertava apenas o que foi pedido. Ao fazer o check-out, avisei à recepcionista, que me deixou falando sozinha e não avisou quando terminou o procedimento. Fiquei vários minutos esperando e só depois que minha amiga perguntou, ela falou que tinha concluído. Não volto mais para esse hotel nem indico para ninguém.

O hotel já é bem antigo, instalações antigas e visual deixam a desejar! Se desejam ficar nesse hotel, pegar o mais top (cobertura) pois não vale muito a pena utilizar os mais baratos. Café da manha deixou um pouco a desejar, talvez porque fui um pouco mais tarde (perto das 9 horas)
