"The lodge itself is good and staff are very warm and friendly. However, the access to/from lodge are terrible, one of only 2 roads was closed due to mudslide, it was horrible and finally we managed to get out from there. Be prepared for very bad gravel road for a pretty long period of time."

We arrived early and people helped us with luggage, stored it until our rooms were ready, got us two rooms beside each other, helped us with taxis, gave us helpful suggestions for our short stay and were very courteous. ..."
