Golden Outback, Western Australia hotel rooms at the Independent

"Great hotel close to amenities and perfect for business. Clean spacious and comfortable with good work spaces. Only exception is inability to book meals and drinks to room to pay in one payment with one invoice. Apparently due to booking through second parties like Expedia this can’t be done. Even though it is okay at hotel and they have my card details upon arrival? Frustrating. "

"Great room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good shower. Good price. Check in confusing, wasn't aware that there are two Settlers right together, but different owners. Settlers Hotel is at the back and they send an SMS with room and lock box number. Would have liked a box of tissues in the room somewhere. Cleaners should leave shower head pointing down and not out the door!"

"I booked an Executive Twin room for 2 male family members, however received a double bed. Not happy. Due to lack of information from staff, we had no idea how to access the carpark and room as the gates were locked (after hours). Rang the after hours number, where the staff member was not Happy "
