"Front desk staff was very helpful. My room overlooking the wooded courtyard was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for having a heated swimming pool and offering delicious coffee and citrus water all the time. The only suggestion I have is to bring in a professional carpet company to fix the carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor. It obviously was installed by someone who really did not know what they were doing and is definitely a tripping hazard."

"The hotel was very clean & pretty, staff was also extremely nice, however once I got to my room it was extremely noisy, the walls are paper thin and some of the appliances were not working. You also have to pay for overnight parking or valet. Overall it was okay but not at all worth over $500/night for a single room."

"We had an amazing stay! Although it was only for one night the room was spacious enough so that everyone was comfortable. The only thing that was off is that the sink was draining slow but other than that it was great."
