"We had a wonderful stay at K Modern, which is situated close to the train station and 15min from the centerof Lake Garda. The hotel room was spacious with a super king bed and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was good, and private a continental and hot breakfast a great selection. "This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented. "

"It was a very cute property, charming decor, and we really enjoyed the pool. Once we got the air conditioning going, it was a very comfortable temperature.
We were disappointed that the listing said they had breakfast, but actually they just had a little package of biscuits.
You absolutely need a car. Our car rental fell through, and it was incredibly hard to do anything. The closest cafe was about a 10-15 minute walk, the bus was about 5 min past that but only came once an hour. Getting a taxi anywhere felt impossible. We paid 40-50 euros for rides anywhere, even for 15 minute rides.
Overall, it was a charming place with a great pool, and with a car, it would be fantastic."
