"Third time i stayed there. Swimming pool on roof not in action no slippers and no milk provided for tea and coffee. Told swimming cap needed for pool but when daughter got there having paid €5 for cap no one else had one. Breakfast lovely and hotel position great for everything. Room with balcony still makes this a great place to stay in Faro"

"The property was so clean and well maintained, we’re talking Four Season hotel level of cleanliness. The staff was good no complaints at all. The beach was absolutely breathtaking! The beaches in that area are known to be some of the most beautiful on the Mediterranean, and that’s so true. Pools were also nice and clean so are the decks and lounge chairs. Only thing is they are a bit cheap with the water. They only provide 2 small bottles per room in the room. At this level a shouldn’t have to ask for a bottle of water it should always be readily available."
