"Room was ok and staff were friendly. Amenities was typical. What made it bad was the dirt in the room wooden floor that I noticed at first when I split water and wiped it with a towel. I checked in, went around and came back by late night only to realize the bathroom smelt like there was sewerage/drainage. I reported it and housekeeping person came who also agreed with me about the smell. He cleaned up the bathroom and sprayed room spray. The odor was better but I was wondering how long it...

It sounds like a standard room in a western 3-4 star hotel. Mentioned buffet breakfast included which was not the case. The whole facility is in a construction mode. The staff however was friendly and tried their best to make up for these deficiencies . "

But the owner lied and hotel.com did not check if the ratings for the hotel and the owner/staff. They do this periodically I have heard online. "
