“Nice town good people the room was nice. Construction started a little early but I understand it would have been nice if we were warned the night before. ”

“Cockroaches in the bathroom at the hotel.. Told staff they said ahh we’ll get it cleaned up however they were everywhere around the hotel as well.. was gross.. shower curtain was ripped off the wall and was falling down so couldn’t take a shower or anything.. ”

“Dilworth Inn was a very unique experience. It is a private, small, quiet hotel with all the amenities one would need. If you like the Texas history or learning about the history of a town, Gonzales is a wonderful place to visit, and the Dilworth is a great stop. ”

“The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately the room itself had several problems. The toilet would not flush properly, the air conditioner rattled loudly all night, and the microwave sounded like it was malfunctioning and wouldn’t even warm coffee. The bathroom door was extremely heavy and difficult to open, and there were very few outlets in the room. There was also a noticeable stain on the bedding. Overall the room needs significant maintenance and updating.”
