"The property at first looks shady but our room was clean, beds comfy and decent breakfast. Pool is located in the middle so from the back half to access the front, you either have to walk all the way outside and around OR go thru the pool area- which was extremely strong chlorine smell. We felt safe in the area as it’s off the beaten path in the Dells. Overall a good place to lay your head and within distance to most popular Dells activities "

"Found cockroach in room. Hotel is 1 step away from shabby. There is junk in the front strewn about, marks on the wall, paint peeling in the tub, no bar soap in room, no iron or ironing board. Breakfast exceeded expectations. "

"We stayed in the Tiki motel part of the resort. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Motel is close to the beach which is really nice. Parking right outside your door is extremely convenient."

"Very run down and in need of a lot of work. The building smelled terrible and the beds were horrendous. The doors were broken and it had snowed with no real clean up making it dangerous to walk to your car. It's a haul to the water park and they want you to park about a half mile away which is ridiculous. Would not stay here again."

"It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). "

"Good value, everything you expect. The staff were kind, the room was clean, plentiful variety for the continental breakfast. Fitness room is GREAT so is the pool hot tub and working sauna. Wed stay again, good for families."
