The staff were very friendly. This was our second time staying here. I wish they would get a better toaster for breakfast. This time and the last time I stayed here, I had to put my bagel in more than twice to get it toasted. I wish they would put a microwave in the room and I wish the pool wasn’t so cold. Other than that, the hotel is nice and I love being close to the Dells.
