“Staff was incredible; took such good care of anything I needed during my stay! Rooms were clean & the blackout curtains on the bunks made sleeping among roommates very comfortable. Personal bunk light & electrical plug was perfect. Showers were spacious enough for a comfortable shower, and the bathrooms were kept clean at all times.”

“HOTELS.COM doesn’t respond or help!! I would like to submit a complaint concerning my stay at “The Veteran” First of all, the location of the hotel made it impossible to sleep at night. Right underneath our room there were several coffeeshops and bars with banging loud music playing the whole night. Even the closed windows and curtains did not help. The hotel did not mention it in any way whatsoever in their description. If we knew that information beforehand — we would not stay there. I can...
