"**Good Stay with Friendly Service**
Stayed for one night in early July and had a good overall experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, although check-in is largely self-service using tablets in the reception area, with the concierge available to assist if needed.
The room was compact but clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a short stay.
The only downside was the air conditioning. The hotel promotes an eco-friendly climate control system, but it didn't seem particularly effective. It wasn't a major issue during my stay, but it could become uncomfortable during hotter weather.
The breakfast buffet offered a good selection and was an enjoyable start to the day.
The hotel is also a little further from Amsterdam's city centre than I expected. It's certainly walkable if you enjoy a decent stroll, but if you're planning to spend most of your time in the heart of the city, you may prefer to use public transport or choose accommodation closer to the centre.
Overall, a good hotel with friendly service that seems particularly well suited to younger travellers and city breaks. I'd happily stay here again for a short visit."
