Sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme immer wieder hierher, weil ich mich äußerst wohl fühle! Nie habe ich es erlebt dass sich dermaßen aufmerksam um sie Gäste gekümmert wird! Ein gemütliches Café rundet alles ab! Bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Wir 2 waren zwar nur eine Übernachtung im Birkenhof Haus, aber die Begrüßung bei der Ankunft war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Räume, wenn auch nicht super modern, sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders die Büchersammlung fiel ins Auge. Gerne wieder und mit herzlichen Grüßen empfohlen

Beskidt, koldt værelse hvor kun én radiator virkede, sengene var helt udhulet og der stod der var gratis parkering på hotels.com, men hotellet ville have penge for det.

Great price and great place.

The gentleman that checks us in was very friendly. We ended up at an apartment up the street and it was so much more than we were expecting. The place was clean, had WiFi, and had plenty of space.

Fantastisk service

Da jeg bookede overså jeg at man skulle tjekke ind inden kl.20.00 Hvilket var umuligt for os at nå. Så et opkald til stedet. Fik vi lagt en nøgle ud og flyttet vores værelse til et nærliggende ski hotel. Hvor vi havde masser af plads og eget TE køkken. Fantastisk service

Afvist med børn

Dette kommer op som mulighed når man søger efter hotel, for 2 voksne og børn. Overnatningsstedet, indlogerer dog ikke børn, så afvist ved receptionen, medmindre jeg var interesseret i at lave alle mulige fiks fakserier. Receptionen stank af gammel røg, vi valgte at køre videre, kontaktede hotels.com som mente at fejlen var vores da det stod under særlife oplysninger. Jeg vil hverken være enig eller uenig i denne påstand, blot konkludere at det er mærkeligt at den kommer op som en mulighed. Ligeledes fortalte værten mig at dette bestemt ikke var første gang. Så vært stram op, afvis gæster før de ankommer hvis der er noteret børn, lad være med tusind mærkelige løsninger som inkluderer falsum Hotels.com få dog lavet et filter så denne ikke kommer op som mulighed.

Ikke de værelser vi på forhånd havde betalt for.

Havde reserveret to sammenhængende værelser med enkeltesenge i hvert værelse. Det oplyses, at der er to værelser klar med to senge i det ene værelse. Efter drøftelse oplyses det, at der kan sættes en ekstra seng i andet værelse Hvilken seng? rejseseng? Der henvises til anden bolig væk fra søen. Dette accepteres, da vi kommer til bolig, viser det sig, at der er et værelse med seng og et med en sovesofa. Ikke oplyst i receptionen. Skal selv redde op på sovesofa. Ej hvad vi havde betalt for.

Tolle Überraschung!

Überraschenderweise haben wir statt eines Zimmers eine ganze Wohnung bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut! Es war alles TIP TOP: sauber, alles da was man braucht, warm (wir hatten Schneefall, und das Anfang Mai). Sehr gerne wieder.

Großzügige Basis für einen Wanderurlaub

Ferienwohnung mit Kochmöglichkeit statt nur Zimmer. Viel mehr Platz als erwartet. Im Ort wurden die Geschäfte und Restaurants nur zu ca. 50% betrieben. Man kommt wegen der Natur und der Luft in den Harz. Schöne Wandermöglichkeit direkt ab Unterkunft.

Das Herzblut der Betreiber erreicht auch kein 5 * Hotel. Wer persönlichen Service möchte, kommt um das Hotel nicht herum. Preis-Leistung des Frühstücks ist ebenfalls unerreicht.

Schöner Winterrodelkurzurlaub

Man wird sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir könnten für meine Tochter nachbuchen. Da ich wenig Geld zur Verfügung hatte, bräuchte ich eine günstige Unterkunft. Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in Hahnenklee. Komfort und Service sind ausreichend, was gut ist, weil wir dadurch einen ganz günstigen Urlaub hatten und das Angebot mit der Servicestation fand ich super. Danke

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Chefin, der Ort ist im November (und dann erst recht am Montag mit div.Ruhetagen) SEHR ruhig, aber ich finde das schön. Ich konnte gut schlafen, alles war sauber, die Einrichtung selbst ist eine bunte Mischung...naja... über Geschmack läßt sich bekanntlich streiten. Insgesamt gerade auch zu diesem niedrigem Preis eine Empfehlung!

Good location. Very good service. Fine room, though with a couple of minuses, such as a semi-broken window in the bathroom. Only free wi-fi for 30 minutes.
