"On arrival the reception area was very welcoming, a nice big area with lots of seats and bar, the staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The room was big considering it had three beds in it and the bathroom was very clean, shower was good with shampoo and shower gel provided, the hotel has a nice pool area, didn’t have any food here so can’t comment on that. The hotels location was perfect for us, as we were going to Walibi Belgium and using the trains so there is a station close by aswell, there are also a supermarket and food outlets near by. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Single beds in the family room are extremely narrow (more suitable for pre-teens). Carpets in the room were stained, not the normal experience at Novotel. Breakfast is €23 and children eat free with paying adults. I was impressed with the quality and variety offered."
