An absolutely huge hotel, certainly one of biggest I've ever stayed in. Good points are the convenient location just 5 mins walk to the main shopping mall or 10 mins into the centre of the city. I can't really criticise the hotel in any particular regard except to say that a 4 star hotel should make their guests feel special, but alas this hotel is truly devoid of any personal touches. Whenever I asked a question I was just told to use the 'app', which guests must use for everything from requesting cleaning of your room to reserving a timeslot for breakfast. Sorry, but this is not my idea of 4 star service.

Loved the breakfast and despite the hotel being massive it felt comfortable. Because of the construction near the train station it wasn’t as easy to get to the centrum.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff - friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty, lots to choose from, the breakfast area was lovely. The hotel is a few mins away from the train and bus stations and a shopping centre. Walkable distance to the centre too. I'd stay here again!

Really lovely hotel. Great staff and great service. Lovely room and good facilities. Got two restaurants as well. The only reason for the 4 stars on the area is that it would have been good to have warning regarding the construction - not related to the hotel, but made it slightly confusing to find. But really close to the metros and buses. Minus that, easy 5 stars for all other items.

Good for adults
The hotel was amazing. Lovely and helpful staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. The only thing I'd say is that the food bar and restaurant are not very kid friendly, food wise. Options are limited as well. I'd stay there again on another trip without the kids. It's very close to town centre but unfortunately, it seems to be a construction site all around so perhaps visited at the wrong time.

Bodde på hotellet två nätter, två vuxna och två barn (8 och 4 år). Rummet var lagom för oss och det funkade bra med våningssängen. Vi hade bara med oss två ryggsäckar vilket var bra då det i rummet hade blivit för trångt att öppna upp en/två resväskor när våningssängen var i utfällt läge. Rummet var städat, avskalat inrett vilket räckte på grund av det begränsade utrymmet när våningssängen var utfälld. Badrummet var rymligt, dock inte så välstädat (tex handduken som låg framför duschen var full med hår och damm). Vi såg även hår och damm på sidorna av madrasserna i sängarna. Städningen var alltså inte välgjord tyvärr. Frukosten var riktigt bra, stort utbud! Trevliga sittplatser och rymlig känsla. Hotellet låg ca 10 minuter promenad från centralen. Nära, men snårig och vältrafikerad väg till hotellet. Inte optimalt med barn men funkade. När det är färdigbyggt på platsen framför hotellet så kommer gångvägen säkert bli bättre. Man får ha överseende med att det är stor byggnation på gång precis framför hotellet.
